Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting
When: Tuesday, October 6th at 5:30pm
Where: Theatre Aquarius
Who: Open to all International Village BIA property & business owners
The 2027 Proposed Budget is now available. If you would like to review a copy of the budget, please email info@hamiltoninternationalvillage.ca to request a copy.
All constructive feedback and input on the budget are to be sent back in writing via email to info@hamiltoninternationalvillage.ca no later than Monday, September 21st at 5pm. The BIA board of management will then take your comments and feedback into consideration.
The agenda for the meeting and the BIA procedural bylaw will be posted on this page on or before October 1st, 2026.
*Please RSVP no later than Friday, October 2nd at 5pm. Please also identify what property you are representing.
As this is a municipal election year, the International Village BIA Board of Management positions are up for election. If you are interested in joining the board, please contact info@hamiltoninternationalvillage.ca for more information.
